Looking Through The lens of the Digital Camera

Above is a slide show we made after Miss C read us the book you can see. This is Room 3's very own version of it. We searched our playground looking for numerals hidden in every day things. We went outside in pairs taking turns with the camera to take a photograph. Back in the class we sorted through the photos choosing the best ones. Finally we painted numerals over top of the picture so you out there could also see the numerals we could spot hidden amongst the things in our playground.

Hi Room Three, We are in Scotland. We looked for the Loch Ness monster in a lake. She is like a taniwha but we didn't see her. There is a very old castle by the lake. Houses here and in France have names instead of street numbers. Ours is called "The Old Garden", can you guess why? Can you think of a name for your house? Have a good and busy week at school. Hi Room Three, We have been to lots of very old castles in Scotland. The best one is in Edinburgh. It is very high up on a hill so that the King could watch out for his enemies. Men in Scotland often wear skirts!! They are called kilts and made of tartan cloth. Molly's tartan is the clan Scott tartan. There are three different ones but we like the black and white one best. Work hard, we like looking at your website. June & Don (Molly's Granny & Poppa)
